I stayed here for the last 4 nights of my one-month stay in Nha Trang.
The staff were all kind, and the bellboy at the entrance helped me up and down the stairs.
The standard room was described as windowless, but there was a push-out window, and the view was of the neighboring hotel window. I kept the curtains closed, so I needed electricity even during the day, but the ventilation was good and I was able to get through without air conditioning.
In summer, when it's sunny, I think the rooms facing the south and especially those that are exposed to the western sun are quite hot.
The room was well-cleaned, but I was a little surprised that there was no tissue paper.
The hand shower can be removed, but the faucet and the tip of the nozzle were fixed, making it difficult to use, so I tried the rain shower, which I'm not good at, while holding an umbrella (lol).
The water pressure and temperature were fine, and I was able to use the washroom comfortably.
